6. Click “Ok” after selecting all ranges.

Repeat these steps for each dataset you wish to consolidate until all range references appear in the reference field at the top of the dialog box.

Once done with selections, hit the “OK” button, and Excel will take care of the rest automatically.

Step 3: Merging Your Data

If there are duplicate entries in both worksheets, Excel will automatically insert them into their respective rows when merging. However, if you would like to consolidate these duplicates into one row, you can use Excel's ‘remove duplicates’ feature under "Data" tab > "Data Tools" group > "Remove Duplicates."
