The Savant Slack & MSTeams apps do not store any messages, or user or channel metadata other than user and channel IDs. These IDs are required to deliver messages and alerts based on your settings and bot configuration. The Savant Slack & MS Teams app do not retain any messages sent directly to the Savant 'user' nor messages sent in threads 'tagging' the Savant Slack and MS Teams apps.
