Savant 2025: Our AI-mazing Year

What a great year for Savant! As 2025 comes to a close, I’ve had a front-row seat to how quickly AI has matured. This year marked a real inflection point — AI moved beyond experimentation and into trusted, governed automation delivering measurable results in production.

At Savant, we felt that shift firsthand. We hit major company and product milestones, shipped industry-first innovation, expanded our customer community, and grew Team Savant — all while staying focused on one mission:

Help business and finance analysts move from messy data to trusted decisions faster — with AI-driven analytics + automation, built with enterprise governance from day one.

We’re proud of what we accomplished together. Here’s our 2025 recap.

Customers as Partners, Delivering Real Results

Our customers aren’t just users — they’re true partners. You shaped what we built and how we built it. And in 2025, many of you shared benchmarks from production use, proving what “AI automation” looks like when it’s deployed with controls, auditability, and scale.

Here are a few outcomes customers achieved this year:

• 100% audit-ready outputs across reporting and analytics workflows
• 80% faster month-end close for accounting and tax teams
• 60% lower analytics costs across licenses and infrastructure
• 60+ hours saved per employee, per month by eliminating manual work and rework

The most exciting part: these results didn’t come from one-off experiments. They came from repeatable, governed workflows running every day.

Customer Growth and Platform Scale in 2025

In 2025, our customer community grew, and those teams validated Savant’s enterprise scalability — not just in users and data volume, but in mission-critical workflows running in production across finance and operational reporting.

How customers scaled Savant this year:

• 500+ new users onboarded across customer teams
• 10,000+ workflows in production, with 
• 3X growth in workflows supporting mission-critical business processes
• 5X growth in data processed, reaching ~100B rows per month

This momentum was also reflected in a major company milestone: in January, we raised $18.5M in Series A funding, led by Dell Technologies Capital. The goal was simple — invest even more aggressively in product innovation, customer success, and go-to-market execution so we can deliver more value to you, faster.

This isn’t “AI in a lab.” This is AI embedded in day-to-day operations — governed, auditable, and built to run at enterprise scale.

Industry-First AI Agents for Finance Teams

In 2025, we launched Vision — the industry-first AI agent purpose-built for document-heavy finance workflows.

For many finance teams, the majority of critical data is unstructured — locked inside invoices, statements, contracts, and reports. And time is lost before analysis even begins.

Vision reads PDFs, images, and scanned files — extracting fields and line items into clean, structured, analysis-ready data. No brittle templates. No fragile configurations. We also introduced additional AI agents — Fuse, Infer, and Stylus — to help teams:

• Extract data from documents and systems
• Standardize and reconcile it across formats and sources
• Apply governance so outputs are traceable, explainable, and audit-ready

Together, these agents form an end-to-end system for turning messy inputs into trusted outputs — quickly and repeatedly.

Agentic Orchestration at Enterprise Scale

As customers scaled document-heavy workflows, Savant coordinated how AI runs in production — not as a single prompt, but as a multi-step, governed execution across sources, LLMs, and downstream systems.

In 2025, teams used Savant to:

• Process tens of thousands of document pages in minutes
• Run complex workflows without OCR templates or fragile setup
• Use human-in-the-loop controls when review and approval were needed
• Maintain governance and auditability on every run
• Connect to 500+ sources and destinations across analytics, finance, and operations

This is the difference between “AI assistance” and enterprise AI automation: the ability to operate at speed without sacrificing control.

Migrating Faster with the AI Workflow Translator

To help customers accelerate transformation, we introduced the Savant Workflow Translator to accelerate migrations from legacy platforms such as Alteryx.

In customer benchmarks, the Translator:

• Ingested workflows — including complex logic — in hours, not weeks
• Reduced workflow steps by up to 50% by simplifying logic and eliminating redundant manual tasks
• Result: teams moved faster, with less disruption, and got to production value sooner.

Building Together, Near and Far

Like most teams, we spend plenty of time on video calls — but we also made time to come together across the U.S. and India to bond, build, and have some fun. From volleyball to ziplining, Team Savant showed up with energy — and brought that energy back into everything we shipped.
